(Video via Impose Magazine) It’s a crazy thing - the music of Tim Presley (White Fence) has been in my life for over 11 years. As my musical taste evolved, Presley’s music has fit all sorts of moods: angst, love, anger, and reflection. Now, his brainchild/bedroom project, White Fence, has reinforced my appreciation of the best song writers on the west coast. If you have not checked it out yet, please do. Also, back in January (pre-NFR), I filmed this little video of White Fence performing “The Love Between” - check it.

Yesyesyes Magazine’s 2nd issue release and solo party this Saturday 10/22.

White Fence // The Pool (Afterlife Records).
Tim Presley’s White Fence just dropped some new sounds. The Harness 7” now out on Afterlife, drifts like Alex Chilton’s Like Flies on Sherbet and is totally infectious. If you didn’t know by now, White Fence has roots in our fair city as well as a SF-based house band.
